The barn is a sacred space where people of all levels come to support one another in breath and movement.
My husband, Steve, and I purchased our home in the fall of 2017. The barn on the property is the main reason we decided to buy the house.
We knew we wanted this barn but were unsure of what we were going to do with this very special post and beam structure.
Being a yoga teacher, I decided to create a sacred space where I could teach to friends and neighbors.
The barn is an intimate space with room for 10 yogis (and an instructor) to practice. We do so by candlelight, with the sounds of music and our breath to support us through each class.
Each class has its own energy, dependent entirely on the people who gather together.
However, every class in the barn provides a space for both new and experienced yogis to practice mindfulness and to re-connect with themselves.
