What a whirlwind these last few months have been! Thank you all for contributing to our community and for helping it grow!
Based on community feedback, as of September 1, 2018, I plan to make some changes to the schedule, and class formats. Please see our offerings and the schedule below.
Heated Power Flow
Taught in a heated room (between 85-90 degrees). This 60-minute flow will be taught as a classic power Vinyasa class. Expect to move and sweat to some good tunes!
Mondays at 9:45 AM and Fridays at 5:45 AM
Flow Into Yin
Flow Into Yin gives the student the opportunity to explore a dynamic practice before easing into a Yin practice. We will begin with some gentle asanas to wake up the body as we work our way into a more challenging flow, before closing out our practice with Yin-style postures which are held for three to five minutes each.
Tuesdays at 7:00-8:15 PM
SLOW FLOW INTO YIN
Our signature class is designed to be a low impact, slow moving practice. The first half of the class offers meditation and gentle stretching paired with breath. We close out our practice with Yin-style postures, which are held for three to five minutes each.
Thursdays at 7:15-8:15 PM
- Pre-registration is required for all classes.
- Minimum of two students per class. In the event that fewer than two students register for a class, that class will be canceled.
- Please note all classes are set to music which is carefully chosen to enhance the student experience.
- Schedule changes, prices, and formats will go into effect on Tuesday, September 4th, 2018.
